At BCMAA we train to get the best out of you.
We run classes in both Taekwondo and Kickboxing that are suitable for all experience levels, from complete beginner to experienced martial artist.
Our member vary in experience age from white belts through to national squad champions.
But they all have one thing in common, they were all beginners once just like you.
At BCMAA we teach two styles, ITF style Taekwondo and Freestyle Kickboxing, both with the aim of giving your body and mind a total workout.
Our Juniors will learn about discipline, respect and self control while learning the basics of martial arts, fitness and self defence.
Our adult classes grow the skills and fitness of the body and the focus and determination needed to progress through the grades to achieve a black belt.
Martial arts training will help you improve your fitness and flexibility through routines designed to work with your body
Through a series of structured routines, gradings and exercises, you will become more confident to take on new challenges and push yourself more than you thought possible.

Taekwondo teaches kids to respect each other and how to take control and responsibility for their own actions
Our instructors and staff have been involved in martial arts for over 30 years, training, competing and teaching and have gained a huge amount of knowledge ready to pass on to students.
